Self-catering holiday accommodation in the Cotswolds
An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Cotswolds span over 3,000 miles of spectacular public footpaths. Unique to this region is the honey coloured stone that adds to the distinct character of the rolling hills, tranquil rivers and ancient woodland. Many of our Cotswolds holiday cottages are set among this awe-inspiring landscape, across counties including Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Worcestershire.
Wake up after a blissful night’s sleep in one of our cosy holiday lets, and discover the picturesque Cotswolds towns of Burford, Bibury and Bourton-on-the-Water, each standing on the rivers Coln and Windrush - epitomising the quintessential English rural scene. Popular market towns such as Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Moreton-in-Marsh are an antique collector’s haven, while Stroud boasts a renowned weekly farmers market, and Bicester is the home of designer labels at its popular shopping village.
There are many fascinating village names, including The Slaughters, The Rissingtons, and The Wychwoods. Chipping Campden and Winchcombe are lovely places to immerse yourself in true Cotswolds charm, as are the lesser known villages of Kineton, Guiting Power and Naunton.
Other wonderful places to visit include Woodstock for Blenheim Palace, Cheltenham for its regency architecture and trendy bars and restaurants, the Shakespearean wonderland of Stratford-upon-Avon, the Roman town of Cirencester and the docks at Gloucester. This is a mere snippet of what you will find in this magnificent part of the country. There are plenty more charming towns and villages to visit and you will love them all! Our holiday homes in the Cotswolds are the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration, why not have a browse?
