Set within an exclusive gated development just a short walk from the picturesque High Street of Bourton-on-the-Water, this charming town house with accommodation over three floors is just perfect whatever the time of year.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty attracting visitors throughout the year. Bourton-on-the-Water’s central location offers easy access to a host of attractions. Why not visit Adam Henson at The Cotswold Farm Park, or take in one of the many National Trust properties and gardens to include Snowshill Manor, Hidcote Gardens, Chastleton House and Chedworth Roman Villa. The surrounding countryside provides beautiful walking and riding along a network of waymarked footpaths and bridleways. Or simply stay in Bourton and visit Birdland, The Motor Museum or The Model Village, or perhaps take a picnic by the river Windrush and wander the picturesque High Street and finish with a cream tea.

Drive through the gates into this private mews of honey coloured stone houses, step into the hallway which is the perfect place to leave your coats and boots after a day exploring. The open-plan lounge/diner offers a great space for a family, with a large cosy sofa creating a space to enjoy a movie on the TV/DVD or on a rainy day a board game, the dining area with table and chairs takes centre stage with French doors that open onto the gardens. The kitchen, contemporary in style and well-equipped, offers electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate WC on this floor. When the day is done climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms, one double with garden views, one double and one single. There is a bathroom on this floor with bath, a separate shower and WC. Heading up to the second floor and you will find a double bedroom with a double bed along with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Open the French doors and step outside onto the patio, the enclosed garden offers a seating area that is perfect for a supper outside or a lazy afternoon. There is private allocated parking for two cars.

An over all excellent cottage with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. A very short stroll from the village centre and a good central location for everywhere in the Cotswolds.

It was, no exaggeration, the best holiday rental we ever stayed at. Great location but quiet, spotless, comfortable, cozy, well decorated, and it super well equipped. The owner was very nice and provided a high chair and a cot as requested, and left a yummy welcome pack for when we arrived. Perfect setting and a very short walk into Bourton on the Water for easy access to the various restaurants, pubs and attractions. The property had all the facilities you could wish for and the owner left a lovely welcome pack which was very thoughtful.

Amazing place. The location is excellent which is just a few minutes walk to town center. Has gated parking which feels safe. The property is modern and very very clean, what I loved about the property is that it provides everything one could possibly need. A lovely holiday home, was very cosy and comfortable. There were six adults for a few days and it accommadated us all very comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the bedrooms were very nice, light and clean. The owner kindly left us some lovely goodies which was a nce touch. The cottage was a delight to stay in. It had everything that we needed for our stay . It was a very short walk to the centre of the village which had a good variety of visitor attractions and reasonable restaurants and cafes and was ideally situated to explore the Cotswolds.

We absolutely loved this cottage, it was perfect for our family, comfy, well equipped and clean - not to mention pretty. The location was great - in a private and quiet mews, just a short walk away from the main attractions of Bourton on the Water. I loved hearing the church bells ring, a touch of nostalgia! The house is tastefully decorated and is the best equipped self catering accommodation we have stayed in. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Wonderful accommodation. Excellent location. The property is very clean and has a very well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and had lovely clean bed linen, large soft bath towels were available too. The bowl of goodies left in the kitchen for when we arrived was a wonderful touch. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
