Although the cottage was up to standard I was very disappointed that I wasn't made aware of surrounding building work that is still ongoing around the cottage(next door, also opposite and at the rear of the garden!!) Great stay at Pump Street, Holiday vibes as soon as we opened the door. Clean, fresh, and well-looked-after. A great welcome package of bread, butter and milk, which was greatly enjoyed. We came to explore the hills, so the cottage couldn't be in a better location! We are already looking to see when we can return! Some previous comments I saw were about the parking space, but I drive an SUV and found it fine. Hide

We enjoyed our stay at Pump Street cottage. The location is great for heading out on hill walks. The parking outside is tight, but I have a Fiat 500 and it fit fine! We also found plenty of parking at the top of Pump Street. The beds and pillows are super comfy (unusual in a rental!). The cottage is well equipped. The second bedroom is small for a Read moredouble but is ok for 1 person. The terrace outside gets the morning sun and is a lovely area to breakfast in. All in all I'd recommend the cottage. Hide
