We just returned from a lovely stay at the cottage. It's exactly as you see in the pictures. Beautiful outlook. Arrived to find milk and bottle of wine in the fridge which was lovely. Exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend (and I'm not easily pleased lol). Some places we visited were Bourton-on-the-Water (beautiful), Stow-on-the-Wold, BroaRead moredway Tower, Cotswold Wildlife Park and Cirencester of course. Would highly recommend. Hide

This cottage is beautiful and has beautiful views across the Cotswold countryside. Also worked as a very good base camp for travelling around the Cotswolds and for getting to places we wanted. However, the mattresses were incredibly firm and the cleanliness could have been greatly improved.

The Cottage was lovely and exactly what we were looking for. The Christmas Tree was a lovely touch. Not enough hanging space for indoor and outdoor wear. Grill pan was very dirty, had to clean before use. Very hard uncomfortable beds and bedroom carpet full of ginger fur. Hairy tea towels and sofa blankets. No dvd player. Kitchen floor did not appear to have been washed. Very disappointed

This is a beautiful, superbly equipped cottage in a wonderful location. We would have given it 5 stars were it not for the fact that the guest folder had insufficient information on how to operate the central heating and the smart TV, leaving us without central heating for 2 days. Fortunately, the weather was superb, so it was not a big player, andRead more we could have used the log burner had we needed it. I would thoroughly recommend it as long as the owners review their inadequate info folder. Hide

What a lovely cottage, everything you would need and more. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Fabulous views and great location for both walking and visiting some lovely villages and towns. We have stayed at many five star places, and this one is up with the best. Highly recommend

We had a lovely holiday. The cottage was very nice. The only problem was the floor of the shower we found slippery. Otherwise it was perfect. We were visiting family in the area, so this location was perfect.

Fabulous location, decent walks/views from the cottage. A well lit property, could benefit from better seating outside & a parasol (even portable that guests could put out if needed). A few things that could be improved, but nothing so bad we would 'complain'. Unfortunately, the sofa situation & lack of locks would mean I wouldn't book this accommoRead moredation again for two couples. Recommendation is not a simple yes or no, as it would depend who the recommendation was for. Hide

Lovely cottage , plenty of room for four , only one negative as no where to walk a dog first thing in the morning as it's on a busy road with no pavement.

The cottage is perfectly situated to explore the Cotswolds. Yes it is on a busy road but that didn't bother us at all. The log fire was very good at keeping the property toasty and warm in the evening. Only downside for us, it didn't feel like the property had had a thorough clean before we arrived. There was lots of dog hair from previous guests aRead morend a couple of paw marks on the bedding. Easy things to be improved and a guest book would be nice to see recommendations for visits etc from others. Hide
