This luxury lakeside lodge is set within the idyllic Cotswolds Water Park, a popular holiday destination with excellent facilities and activities for all ages. The lodge is also perfect for those looking to explore the wider Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, renowned for its glorious rolling hills and wonderful towns and villages. Cirencester, known as the Capital of the Cotswolds, is 5.5 miles away and offers a variety of independent boutiques, museums and fantastic pubs and restaurants. Tetbury, home to the royal residence at Highgrove House, is 13 miles away and well worth a visit.

After a full day exploring the lakes, head back to your New England-style lodge, which has been finished to a luxurious standard throughout. Head straight into the open-plan living area which occupies the ground floor. The spacious lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, ideal for a relaxing evening spent catching up on your favourite show. Enjoy a meal on the dining table which will comfortably seat your whole group. Step through into the stylish kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need for a self-catered holiday. Also, downstairs is a useful cloakroom with a WC. Make your way upstairs and you will find the three well-appointed bedrooms. The master has a lovely king-size bed with views across Windrush Lake and a lovely en-suite shower room. Across the landing are the other two bedrooms, one double and a twin room, making this lodge ideal for friends and families exploring the area. Next door, completing the property you will find the charming family-style bathroom.

Head out through the patio doors in the lounge and onto the fantastic decking which enjoys far-reaching views across the lake. Dine alfresco on the outdoor table and chairs, perhaps enjoying a BBQ utilising some of the wonderful local produce you are sure to find across the region. A real highlight of this property is the hot tub, which allows you to make the most of this stunning setting. Sit back and relax with a glass of something cold, while planning the next day's activities.

An absolutely superb cottage in the most beautiful location. Everything we could have wanted and more, spotlessly clean and presented. Very central location, wonderful hottub and deck. Would certainly recommend to anyone else.
