This beautiful cottage is a fine example of a traditional cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds AONB. It is located in the idyllic village of Ford, filled with charming stone houses, beautiful gardens and a tranquil river that flows through the village. There is a popular village pub a two minute walk away, and a lovely café and shop in nearby Temple Guiting (1 mile), which provides visitors with all the essentials they need for a relaxing stay in this stunning setting. The village is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside you will find in the country, with rolling hills, green fields and beautiful woodlands, perfect for walking, cycling and exploring. Visit some of Cotswold's most popular towns and villages including Stow-on-the-Wold (7 miles) and Bourton-on-the-Water (7.5 miles). Enjoy a day out on the heritage Gloucestershire Warwickshire railway from Toddington station (3.5 miles), which winds through picturesque countryside to Cheltenham.

After a full day exploring this beautiful part of the Cotswolds, make your way back to your luxurious cottage which has been designed to ensure total relaxation. Enjoying a peaceful village location, this rural retreat has been finished to a high standard throughout with a contemporary feel within a traditional Cotswolds cottage. On the ground floor, you will find the beautiful lounge with a wonderful wood burner and Smart TV. Sink into one of the sofas and enjoy a movie with friends, or simply relax with a drink of your choice planning the next day's activities. Move through into the stylish kitchen/diner which is fully equipped to enjoy meals together around the table for four. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms which have been beautifully finished. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers and the master suite has a wonderful roll-top bath to sink into after a long day. The bedrooms both have Smart TVs and have been designed in a way that couples and friends travelling together can enjoy slower mornings together in style.

Heading outside, this cottage has a large enclosed lawned garden with two separate seating areas. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or head up to the decked area at the top of the garden which has some lovely rattan-style furniture for you to lounge on and enjoy those warmer days.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, immaculate property with everything you could need. Great communication from the property owner. Lovely pub (dog friendly too) on the doorstep that we had delicious meals in. Ready access on foot to walks along the Gloucester Way and Winchcombe Way. Worth every penny, loved it.

An amazing cottage, everything was perfect. Great comfortable beds, hot showers and a lovely cosy wood burning fire., The welcome pack was excellent especially the cream cakes and fresh bread. Would recommend this cottage.

Tallett Cottage was tastefully & stylishly furnished. The owners have made this Cottage so welcoming, it really is a home from home. A lovely welcome pack, with fresh cream cakes, bread, butter etc on arrival was lovely. The Plough pub is literally just a walk around the corner & good food, so worth a visit. Broadway is only a 15 minute drive & so Read morelovely for various shops & lunch. We also visited Willersey as we are staying there in December & only a 20 minute drive from Tallett Cottage. Hide

A fabulous cottage which I would highly recommend a stay. The attention to detail was very impressive and could not have wished for anything else during our stay. Garden is excellent for dogs to have a run around. Location is excellent with nearly all Cotswolds villages/ towns within 20 mins.

We had a fantastic week in your beautiful cottage. Everything was high end and brand new, the beds and bedding were luxurious. The decor is modern and very well chosen, it was a real treat to call it home for a week. Really enjoyed our week at The Tallett Cottage, with a lovely surprise / bonus to learn that we were the 1st guests to stay here. All the internal fixtures and furniture look new and to a very high standard. We loved eating outside in the pretty garden. Cottage is ideally located to the main tourist towns of the Cotswolds.
