This charming cottage is set on the edge of the vibrant market town of Chipping Campden. One of the main attractions of the town is its stunning architecture, including the iconic Cotswold stone buildings that line the streets. Enjoy a leisurely walk round the town and admire historic buildings such as The Market Hall and St James Church. For those interested in outdoor activities, the surrounding countryside offers plenty of opportunities for walking, hiking and cycling. The Cotswold Way, a popular walking trail that runs through the town, provides stunning views of the rolling hills and picturesque villages of the region. Enjoy expansive views and beautiful trails from Dover’s Hill (1.7 miles), which is looked after by The National Trust. Take a day trip to iconic Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, 12 miles from the property or visit idyllic Bourton-on-the-Water with an abundance of local attractions, just 13 miles away.

After a full day exploring this beautiful area of the country, head back to this lovely cottage which is tucked away along a peaceful lane. As you enter you will be able to kick off walking boots and hang jackets in the useful entrance hall which leads into the property. Move through into the spacious kitchen/diner which has everything you need for a self-catered break away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the breakfast bar, or some time together as a family around the dining table. Continue through into the living room which is complete with a wonderful log burner, Smart TV and comfortable sofas. With views across to the extensive gardens, this room is a great place to relax in a real home from home setting whilst planning your next days activities. Upstairs you will find three generous bedrooms, one super-king with ensuite shower room and a further double and twin room, ideal for families and friends looking to visit this area. There is a further family style bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.

Outside the property are extensive lawned gardens with multiple spaces to be able to sit and enjoy the weather in the warmer months. There is a dedicated outdoor seating area with table, chairs, a BBQ for you to be able to dine alfresco. Please be aware the gardens are not fully enclosed. There is parking to the side of the cottage which will fit three cars and a separate outdoor room with a washing machine and lockable storage for bikes.

Very good location within short walk of Chipping Camden centre. Comfortable older style property, large enclosed garden suitable for dogs. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space downstairs. Overall a good place to base yourselves in the Northern Cotswolds.

Beautiful village and good location to access amenities within 5 minute walk! Nice garden but house needs some TLC & review/update of equipment available - more of a 3 than 4 star property!

Great cottage in perfect location. An amazing use of space to create very usable rooms. Well equipped with just about everything you need. The garden is great and will look amazing when in bloom!

The property was very well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of space in all the rooms. The cozy lounge was lovely with the log burner on. Would recommended this house, we enjoyed our stay, and hope to return in the future

Beautiful comfortable house in peaceful surroundings 5 minute walk to middle of Chipping Camden. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The house is well furnished and with a few additions could be well equipped. Garden is lovely.. Lots to do locally and the autumn colours were stunning.

We thought the property was absolutely lovely & the position is perfect. There was plenty of crockery, appliamces & of equipment . Well supplied & close to thel village. The plumbing in the ensuite needs some attention as the shower head was leaking badly. My husband tried to shore it up while we were there, & succeeded somewhat. Lovely cottage in an excellent location. The high street is a very short walk away with lots of independent shops and pubs/restaurants, but also backing on to fields so it's nice and peaceful. A lovely spacious cottage with large well maintained gardens set in a peaceful location. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. A lovely house plenty of room. Gardens were particularly large & beautiful, our dog loved it & the silence. Surrounded by fields, stunning but only 10min walk from Chipping Camden, great base for exploring cotswolds favourites as no where is too far away. A few tweeks to items inside & it really will be premium.

We enjoyed a perfect week here with fab weather. The house is light and spacious , nice cosy lounge, well equipped kitchen and lovely gardens. Only a couple of minutes walk into Chipping Campden which is a delight. Lots of lovely gardens, villages to visit and good walks.
