The cottage forms part of a terrace and is set back from the road. It is accessed via a small porch with space for coats and boots after a day of exploring the area and walks from your doorstep. From here, you will enter a light and spacious living area, where you can relax in the comfortable seating in front of the TV with Freeview box and flame-effect electric wood burning style fire. The property also benefits from underfloor heating throughout for those chilly evenings. The kitchen is situated at the rear of the cottage, is well-equipped and offers everything you would need for your stay, along with a dining space with a table and chairs. The cottage-style staircase leads up to a small landing, where guests have the choice of two bedrooms: a double room with a dressing room, and a twin room. There is also a shower room with a double rain fall shower and WC.
Outside and to the front of the cottage, there is a small bench where you can watch the world go by, and to the rear is an open area of lawn with a table and chairs. There is private parking for two cars. Within a minute walk you will find a dog walking field and children's play park.
