Taking full advantage of the vaulted ceiling is a mezzanine style lounge space, which overlooks the kitchen/diner below and has a sofa bed, which is available as additional sleeping space on request (suitable for one adult or two children). A TV and DVD player make this the ideal place to relax in front of a good film.

Heading outside to the front of the barn is a patio area with furniture and a charcoal BBQ (available during summer months), surrounded by undulating natural lawn, which runs into the farmland beyond and is often visited by deer.
