We loved this cottage. It is spacious and has two bathrooms. Love the well appointed kitchen and it is warm and cosy. We chose it primarily because it takes 3 dogs and few places take more than 2. We drove out every day for lovely dog walks. Good big driveway to park in. Very peaceful location.

Easy to find, very quirky with a red phone box in the secure enclosed garden and a bath in bedroom. Cosy, and slept like a log every night Had Sunday lunch in the Plough nearby.

Very homely and comfortable but, with downstairs bathroom and sloping floors in an old building, possibly not suitable for the infirm. EV charging facility excellent. A very good base to explore the south east Cotswolds and Berkshire downs, with Oxford an easy drive.

Excellent location and a lovely warm property. Apart from limited bathing facilities, the property had everything you needed, including a washing and drying machine. Probably not suitable for those who struggle with mobility.

Bedwell Cottage is gorgeous, and Kencot is so peaceful. Lots of lovely walks really close for the dogs too. I loved cooking on the Rayburn, and having a roaring fire in the evenings was a bonus. Plus, there's the most enormous bath ever! This place is really special.

Lovely quirky cottage, full of character. Really good for walking, our dogs loved it as there were loads of local footpaths to villages. Great location for access to all the places you want to visit in the Cotswolds. Will be going back when the weather is better as we went in November and some days were a bit wet as expected.

A really lovely cottage that is perfect for dog owners to feel comfortable without losing any appeal. The furnishings were all lovely and homely and the kitchen was well stocked with all needed items. It was in a good position which meant that no journey was too long to reach many tourist spots/venues. There was a good selection of games and books Read moreand dvds in the cupboard. The garden was gated which is most helpful. The local area was good for dog walking I would definitely stay here again. Hide

This is a lovely cottage that is ideally situated within the area to use as a base for exploration. The owner was on hand for any help, and kindly left a small starter pack of milk etc for us, but was in no way intrusive. The cottage itself is cosy, warm and inviting, and the ability to walk dogs on the owners farmland was a great benefit. The Aga Read moreis an experience, but there are alternative means to cook available. Would definitely go back again. Thank you for hosting us. Hide
