Situated within the owner’s grounds, the properties offer comfortable and unique accommodation, each property has its own individual style and has been sympathetically restored to showcase their historical features.

Step out into the heart of this village with its community shop, cafe and antique store. Bretforton is a traditional working village which stages some of its own events, such as the annual asparagus auction, the Proms in the Park, the Bretforton Village Show and Open Gardens. Guests will be surrounded by breathtaking countryside offering way-marked paths. A short drive from Shakespeare’s birthplace with attractions to include Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Hall’s Croft, Mary Arden’s Farm and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Enjoy visiting Broadway and Chipping Campden with their traditional high street of honey coloured cottages, boutiques, antiques shops, cafes and restaurants. There is horse racing at Stratford on Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham, which also hosts the Jazz, Literature and Food Festivals.

On the ground floor of the property you will find the living room which boasts a woodburner TV with Freeview, DVD. In the well-equipped light and spacious kitchen/diner you will find granite work tops, double oven with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, a small freezer, microwave. There are also french doors opening onto the gardens and a walk-in cupboard with washer/dryer Outside there is an enclosed cottage style garden that is sunny for most of the day, laid to grass with herbaceous borders and garden furniture.

Excellent, comfortable cottage. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed a great week and explored all the local National Trust places.

Clean, tidy, modern inside, well equipped, comfortable. Large shower tray area and powerful water flow. Overall the cottage was larger than we expected. Lovely private garden to sit outside with table for meals.

Bretforton Wisteria cottage was beautiful very tasteful decorated and homely. It's location was ideal in a lovely friendly village with a very good pub The fleece. The owners were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble we will be booking again Highly recommended

The cottage was absolutely delightful, it had everything you could need, the welcome cakes and flowers were thoroughly enjoyed. This was our second visit and we are looking forward to our third.

Lovely characterful old cottage, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and shower was very good. The cottage is in a great location for exploring the area and the village itself is very friendly and welcoming. Had a great fortnight over Christmas and New Year. Made to feel very welcome by Jane and Adrian - including Christmas tree and tasteful decorations! I stayed for a short break with my sister. We found the cottage very clean and warm Although the cottage was comfortable, it wasn't a cosy cottage . The cottage was well placed for visiting pretty villages in the area

We were delighted to make a return visit to Bretforton Wisteria Cottage in Bretforton. Not only is this a very pretty cottage, it is so comfortable and well equipped. The owners could not be more welcoming.

Wisteria Cottage was a great location for our visit to the Cotswolds. It is perfectly placed for trips with little driving needed (e.g., Warwick, Stratford, Sudeley, Hidcote). The cottage is lovely and cozy, with a wonderful kitchen for family breakfasts and meals. The living room was a great place for us to get comfortable in the evenings. The warRead morem welcome from Jane, with homemade cake and milk ready for a cuppa was a great start. We had a lovely time and can't recommend it enough! Hide

Bretforton Wisteria cottage is located in a lovely village which is very peaceful and quiet. The cottage is immaculate and spotlessly clean the furnishings are to a high standard and the beds were very comfortable . Perfect little weekend at the beautiful Bretforton Wisteria cottage. The village is very chocolate boxy, great for an evening stroll and a short walk to The Fleece for a drink. A perfect cottage in a perfect location. Very clean and spacious for a family of 4 and the hosts are very friendly and on hand if need be. The local pub, The Fleece, is a minute walk that serves wonderful food. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
