This spacious yet cosy cottage is ideally located for enjoying long walks through the surrounding countryside.

Located on a working beef farm, this property is surrounded by fields and open countryside. Set out on foot for a walk along the banks of the river Severn or head for the wonderful Wye Valley for breath-taking scenery. The Cotswold Farm Park offers a fun day out for the whole family, while culture lovers will appreciate a visit to nearby Bredon Barn, Hidcote Gardens or Snowshill Manor and Gardens.

Inside, the accommodation is spacious and full of original character, with exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace and oak flooring. In the large sociable kitchen you will find an electric range oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while a utility room houses the washing machine and microwave. The kitchen is open plan to a spacious dining room, which has oak flooring and a woodburner in the corner. After a long day on foot, the whole family can relax in the large lounge, where there is a flame effect gas fire, TV, DVD and patio doors to the garden. Also on the ground floor is a cosy bunk bedroom, perfect for children. The first floor is accessed either via the oak staircase in the hallway or the spiral staircase in the lounge. The master bedroom is a charming double room with exposed ceiling trusses and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Also on this floor is a light and airy double, a twin bedroom, which can be made as a double on request, and a bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside there is an open aspect courtyard with garden furniture and a lawn for enjoying meals and games outside.

Amazing house, the best holiday home we have stayed in! We stayed here with 3 generations and we all had a great time! My daughter in her 20s over from Australia loved the house and the days out in the Cotswolds, my mum in her 80s was very happy in the downstairs bedroom although she struggled with the shower taps as her hands arent very strong anyRead moremore! The cottage was delightful and contained everything that we could have possibly wanted to enjoy our stay! The garden was perfect for the grandchildren to play in too.

Beautiful house in a lovely location. House had everything for a family meet up. Plenty of country walks. Within easy reach of Gloucester, Cheltenham and NT properties. Owner was most helpful with any queries and answered within an hour.

The property was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We had plenty of room to accomodate 3 generations of our family for an Easter get-together. What a fantastic holiday! The cottage was perfect in every way. Plenty of space for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs. The owners were friendly and on hand to answer any questions. It was a perfect location, with comfortable drives to local towns for essentials and plenty of places to sightsee within easy reach. Oh, and then theres the Lemon cake!

My daughters their children and I went for a girlie weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday we couldnt earlier in the year.. We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable break. You would be crazy not to book this cottage, its fab, comfy, clean, tastefully decorated, spacious and secure. Its a real gem and perfect if you take your pet dogs. Would book again most defiantly

We had a fantastic stay at the Well House. The children loved bring able to spot the cows and horses from the window and during walks around the area. The outdoor space was all self contained which was great for the children to play. The lemon drizzle cake left for us was delicious and such a lovely touch.

A wonderful house. Perfect for a family celebration. Really well equipped. Spacious for 6 adults and 2 teenagers and organised in a way that we all had privacy. Owner really helpful and flexible. We all loved it, including the dogs.

What an amazing place. Absolutely loved it, the pictures really dont do it justice. There was 6 adults and one child and the space is really great and well equipped. My little one absolutely loved the trunk of toys, this was a nice little surprise and kept him occupied for hours since we didnt get the best weather during our stay. A beautiful cottage/barn conversion, so clean and comfortable in idyllic surroundings. It had everything you could think of and more. We had such a relaxing time, getting away from everything, just walking, eating, drinking and sleeping! The dogs loved it too and have come home exhausted!

Lovely location within a 15 minute walk to the River Severn located within a working cattle farm. Very comfortable and warm accommodation. An amazing glass covered old Well Is located within the extremely well equipped kitchen area.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Well House we were spoilt with the weather !! Highly recommend this property we felt totally at home as soon as we arrived. The home baked Lemon cake and pint of milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. The sofas and beds are very comfortable and we loved the layout of the house. We have had a lovely week away. The cottage is beautiful and has everything you could wish for. There are not many places that accept 3 dogs so thank you. The walks around the area were lovely sorry the local pubs were not open in walking distance. It was really nice waking up to the cows mooing every morning. The accommodation worked well for 2 families of 4 although one of the bedrooms is downstairs just off the utility so quite far away from the others which are all upstairs so families with little children may feel quite isolated. Perfect for older children or teenagers though as this room has it's own shower.
