This spacious yet cosy cottage is ideally located for enjoying long walks through the surrounding countryside.

Located on a working beef farm, this property is surrounded by fields and open countryside. Set out on foot for a walk along the banks of the river Severn or head for the wonderful Wye Valley for breath-taking scenery. The Cotswold Farm Park offers a fun day out for the whole family, while culture lovers will appreciate a visit to nearby Bredon Barn, Hidcote Gardens or Snowshill Manor and Gardens.

Inside, the accommodation is spacious and full of original character, with exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace and oak flooring. In the large sociable kitchen you will find an electric range oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while a utility room houses the washing machine and microwave. The kitchen is open plan to a spacious dining room, which has oak flooring and a woodburner in the corner. After a long day on foot, the whole family can relax in the large lounge, where there is a flame effect gas fire, TV, DVD and patio doors to the garden. Also on the ground floor is a cosy bunk bedroom, perfect for children. The first floor is accessed either via the oak staircase in the hallway or the spiral staircase in the lounge. The master bedroom is a charming double room with exposed ceiling trusses and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Also on this floor is a light and airy double, a twin bedroom, which can be made as a double on request, and a bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside there is an open aspect courtyard with garden furniture and a lawn for enjoying meals and games outside.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

We stayed at The Well House just for 2 nights but loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is amazing, incredibly comfortable beds and sitting room furniture. Lovely duvets and bedding, everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. We were grandparents with adult children and grandchildren for a family Christmas. The property was immaculate, spacious yet somehow cosy, warm and welcoming. The owners had decorated it beautifully for Christmas with a real tree! Everything we could need for catering for a large group of people was provided. A gem of a holiday cottage. Extremely comfortable and warm, masses of space, exceptionally clean and tidy with everything you could want, and dog friendly too. We had a fabulous weekend stay whilst walking the end to end of the Malverns. Thank you so much and for the amazing cake too!

Very comfortable accommodation well equipped kitchen and Laura was very welcoming. Its on a working farm some noise to be expected but not late. Free to walk around the farm and see the horses and cows. A lovely modern house with old fashioned character a pleasurable stay for all. Lauras homemade Lemon drizzle cake should win awards!

A very well equipped house, it had everything we could have needed. Really lovely and helpful owners on hand. Farm was great to explore with little ones, meeting the cows and horses. Lots of lovely walks in the area. Would definitely recommend!

We were delighted with this lovely, well equipped and beautifully furnished house. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend with our family, which included our son's toddler twins. Lovely cottage. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Very spacious living area and kitchen. Contained outdoor space with lots of parking - ideal area for young children to play/ride bikes.
