Stylish and modern loft conversion on the owners rural estate in an idyllic valley along the popular Cotswolds Way.

The Nook is one of two holiday lets within a modern and spacious stone cottage. A stylish one bedroomed loft conversion which enjoys an elevated position with stunning views of the Malvern Hills. A must for walkers you can Enjoy walks from the door along the famous Cotswolds Way, with walking trails in every direction, taking in the many woodland areas, archaeological features and of course Haresfield Beacon managed by the National Trust, or over to Edge Common and Painswick, and all the breath taking views that these present. The town of Stroud (3.5 miles) is well worth a visit for the farmers Market and independent shops all with the wonderful backdrop of the five valleys. Gloucester ( 6.5 miles) can be reached easily and is a vibrant, multicultural city.

After a busy day exploring the area, return to your rural hideaway and relax in comfort. Entrance to this beautiful and quirky space is via a side door leading upstairs to the main residence, which welcomes you into a spacious, yet warm and cosy open plan living space comprising of the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment and all necessary electrical items to make your stay as comfortable as possible, such as Nespresso Coffee machine and microwave. The lounge has large comfortable sofas and features a wood burner effect electric fire, gas central heating and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day exploring. The large separate bedroom boasts a Kingsize bed, TV and stunning views as far as the eye can see. There is a modern stylish ensuite with a Shower, sink and WC.

Outdoors There is a secluded, enclosed space with seating and charcoal BBQ and benefits from a lazy spa hot tub. Spend the evening enjoying a drink whilst taking in the beautiful views across the valley. There is parking for one car at the front of the property.

On a balmy summers day, the Cotswold Country Park and Beach is the place to go, boasting the largest inland beach in the UK.
