The Modern is set on a street which is about 5 minutes out of town, you feel very safe as it is not isolated. The apartement is the bottom floor of a large detached house, and is very spacious. There is a private decking area and also a large shared garden which can also be used which is lovely. Superb base for a break in Stratford-Upon-Avon, really is like a 'home from home'. The apartment was perfect for our needs. We are grandparents with our daughter, her partner and three month old baby. There is a spacious living area comprising the kitchen, dining area and soft seating with TV. This enabled us all to be together even when cooking. There is the possibility of sitting with the baby in her cot separately from the resRead moret of us too. The ensuite and family bathrooms meant that there was privacy and no toilet queues! We really enjoyed our stay at the flat, it was the perfect base for our stay in Stratford. We have a baby so wanted a comfortable base to be out during the day and be in during the evenings and the flat was perfect for this. Appreciated the travel cot and high chair as makes travelling with a baby easier.

The best thing about the property is the location. Just a short walk from the very centre of town. Shakespeares birth place is at the end of the road! Fantastic property within 5 minutes walking distance of Stratford. Juliet and John (owners) have made it so comfortable it is like living in your own home. We were visiting from South Australia and spent two weeks in the cottage. It is a bright, modern and very clean cottage and John and Juliet are very obliging. Return visit is a definite.
