Enjoying the best of both worlds overlooking the countryside though just a few minute walk from the market square, a perfect back drop for any celebration with family and friends no matter what the time of year.

Here you can enjoy the peace and quite of life within the countryside, though just a short stroll into the vibrant market town of Chipping Campden, where you can take full advantage of the town’s abundance of boutique shops, cafes and galleries, or sample some local produce from the local farmers market. Chipping Campden also marks the starting point of the Cotswold Way National Trail, which dissects this glorious countryside, passing pretty hamlets and villages along the way. Dovers Hill National Trust land is a fine afternoon walk with friends where you can enjoy views across to the Malverns and Vale of Evesham. For a more cultural visit Stratford-upon-Avon is within easy reach, and Cheltenham, home to the popular racecourse and literary festival.

A kitchen/diner where you can enjoy entertaining with friends enjoying views onto the gardens and countryside, a solid wooden table for eight that’s perfect for a catching up over supper. Whilst the chef amongst you can enjoy the well-equipped kitchen space boasting an island with induction hob, a double wall mounted oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and wine chiller. And when supper is finished you can enjoy the games room. There is a king-size bedroom situated to the front of the house. On the first floor you will find three beautifully finished bedrooms that will offer you a peaceful night’s rest. A king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Two further king-size rooms. There is a family bathroom with separate shower bath and WC.

The house enjoys an enclosed garden that is beautifully landscaped with an open aspect onto the surrounding countryside. You can relax in the private hot tub or enjoy dining on the terrace. There is allocated parking for two cars.

Stroll among the colourful plants and shrubs of Hidcote Manor Gardens (4 miles), picnic by the lily pond and follow the Monarch’s Way. Explore the quaint winding streets of historic Stratford-upon-Avon (12 miles), discovering Shakespeare’s past. Set sail along the river on a rowboat, taking in the tranquillity of your surroundings.
