Cirencester offers a variety of boutique shops, fine pubs, cafes and restaurants. Nearby you’ll find Cheltenham, Bath and the popular town of Tetbury, home of the royal residence at Highgrove Gardens.
Climb the wooden steps to your front door and step inside, this New England style lake house which offers a friendly welcome to all that come and stay. The entrance hall is lively with vibrant wall, offering storage for muddy boots and coats, there is also a separate cloak room with WC and washing machine. The open-plan lounge/diner has been beautifully furnished with large sofas, Smart TV/DVD and coffee table, further enhanced by the French doors that give way to the enclosed terrace overlooking the lake. For dining, there is a large table with seating for four guests. The kitchen is well-equipped offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. So, when the day is done climb the stairs where you will find the two spacious bedrooms, a double with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over and a further twin room with zip and link beds which can be made into a king size double on request, this room also has an en-suite shower room and lovely views over the lake.
From the lounge, French doors open directly out onto the large decked terrace. A space that’s perfect for relaxing in the evening sun, with plenty of garden furniture allowing you to take in fantastic views over Spring Lake. There is off-road parking available. On the development you will find an excellent lakeside restaurant with bar and café, children’s play area and access to the Cotswold water park, offering opportunities for water skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, horse riding, golfing, fishing and paintballing.
