This beautiful grand home sits within the heart of Wiltshire, located in the small village of Shaw and just a short distance for the Georgian Spa town of Bath. Known for its natural hot springs and 18th century Georgian architecture to include the Pump Room and original Roman Baths. Well positioned with a wealth of history and heritage on your doorstep to include the World Heritage Site of Avebury, Silbury Hill and West Kennett Long Barrow. Visit the National Trust village of Lacock with some stunning historic houses and gardens including the famous Stourhead Gardens. Wiltshire is also home to Longleat Safari Park, The Great Worcester Maize Maze, adventure playgrounds, Butterfly World and Castle Combe Circuit, also with ample walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding trails.

The long driveway and arches upon entering the property have the wow factor and once inside, the grounds will not disappoint. Standing back and admiring the property from the outside you will soon grasp just how big the property really is. Entering the property from the courtyard, you will find yourself in the sunroom, a great spot to relax on the comfy sofas, enjoy a morning coffee or just get some quiet time. The next room is the dining room, the ideal space to bring everyone together for mealtimes. Over the other side is the second bedroom, a king-size with access to another separate snug with TV and an en-suite bathroom with hand-held shower over bath and WC. Heading back to the snug and down the corridor is the bathroom with a large spa bath, separate shower and WC. And next to this is the twin bedroom that is accessed up three steps. Completing the accommodation is the last bedroom, a further spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC.

The outside area is set around the courtyard, with access to plenty of seating, whether that’s up on the first floor balcony or the paved area outside the sunroom. There are great areas to enjoy some time reflecting and planning your next adventure or simply dining alfresco. There is also bike storage and off-road parking for four cars.

On a balmy summers day, the Cotswold Country Park and Beach is the place to go, boasting the largest inland beach in the UK.
