A lovely cottage in a fantastic location. All amenities are close by including the railway station. Great off road parking, which is quite rare in the Cotswolds. Had a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Take your own bath towels if you want to wash your hair, as Bath sheet is too big, and there is only one hand towel provided for two people, which is too small.

The cottage is ideally situated within the village It's very quiet and has off street parking . I felt that the cottage was over priced as the money paid wasn't representative to what you got. The bed and pillows are perhaps the worst I've ever experienced in any holiday let we've ever stayed in pillows wafer thin and no support at all.

Easy parking and excellent location. Five minute walk to the train station and two minutes to the centre of the delightful, bustling small town of Moreton in Marsh, where there were plenty of shops and a good variety of eating places and pubs. The back yard is a secluded sun trap with sun loungers, table and chairs and sun shade. Although this is aRead more central location, it is quiet and secluded. We really enjoyed our week here and there is so much to do and see within easy reach. Hide

The cottage was extremely well laid out and wonderful bedroom and upstairs bathroom. The lounge was very cosy. Despite being near a main road it was very quiet even in the garden, and its close location to the town meant only a short walk to obtain almost anything you might need.

The Cotswolds is home to some of the most unspoilt, historic and famous villages in England. Its honey-coloured stone buildings provide a quintessential English charm found no-where else in the world and offer a plethora of welcoming pubs, tiny tearooms and quaint streets to explore.

Once described by William Morris as ‘the most beautiful village in England’, the chocolate box village of Bibury is one of England’s most iconic hamlets, home to the peaceful River Coln and some of the most photographed houses in the country. The famous Arlington Row is a sight to behold - this row of 14th century weaver’s cottages have been the foundation of Bibury for hundreds of years and is instantly recognisable as a symbol of the Cotswold District.

If you’re seeking a relaxing day of sightseeing, shopping and traditional tearooms, head to the charming town of Cirencester, once the second largest town in Roman Britain. Proclaiming the title "The Capital of the Cotswolds", its market square is dominated by the cathedral-like Parish Church of St. John Baptist (one of the largest in England) and can be easily reached from our self-catering accommodation in Bibury, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

The rolling Cotswolds countryside is never too far away from your cosy holiday cottage, so you can enjoy a variety of outdoor leisure pursuits including those at The Cotswold Waterpark. This popular tourist destination in Gloucestershire is home to 150 glorious lakes where angling, archery, wakeboarding, windsurfing, birdwatching and even rally driving can be experienced. On a balmy summers day, the Cotswold Country Park and Beach is the place to go, boasting the largest inland beach in the UK.

When it comes to attractions in the Cotswolds, visitors will be spoilt for choice. Grab a stylish bargain at Bicester shopping village, talk a walk on the wild side at Longleat Safari Park, experience a day at the races in Cheltenham, admire colourful blooms at Westonbirt Arboretum, keep the kids entertained at the Cotswolds Farm Park, take a tour around Gloucester Cathedral, and enjoy an indulgent afternoon tea at Blenheim Palace. That’s just for starters, there’s plenty more things to see and do in the Cotswolds and you will love them all!
