The village of Woodmancote enjoys an enviable location with the Regency Spa town of Cheltenham on its doorstep and a wealth of walking from your front door including Cleeve Hill, with well waymarked paths that will take you across this countryside. With easy access for touring the larger Cotswold market towns to include Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford and Stow-on-the-Wold. Cheltenham famed for the Gold Cup and many festivals throughout the year. Cirencester, Tetbury and Bath are also within easy reach. This area is rich in history and well served by the National Trust with houses and gardens to include The Roman Villa, Hidcote Gardens and Chastleton House.

Step into the light and spacious living space with floor to ceiling windows further enhancing the modern style furniture with a twist of vintage, the lounge area offers TV/DVD and comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch a film, with the contemporary dining area just perfect for a lazy breakfast. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading into the hallway you will find two bedrooms, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) and a single. You will also find a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading out of the property you will find a private garden with seating area. If you are bringing your bikes with you there is a large shed which is ideal for storing bikes. There is off-road parking for one car and this detached bungalow also benefits from electric gates which lead onto the sweep drive. There is a village pub within walking distance of the property.

The cottage was lovely and cosy. Lots of good walks around the area. A very dog friendly pub across the road from the cottage with a gate to the fields. Brilliant for the morning walk. Robert and Gill were very welcoming. We would definitely like to stay at Overbrook again in the very near future.

Great location for exploring the Cotswolds. This Dog friendly cottage had all we needed. Well equipped, quiet and a local pub just across the road. And Robert and Jill were very welcoming.

A delightful, cosy and extremely well equipped Cottage. A lot of attention to detail. Robert and Jill were lovely and friendly hosts with fresh flowers and a lovely fruit cake as a welcome. An undercover car park within very spacious grounds. The bed was divine with sweet, smelling bedlinen and plenty of hot water and towels. Gill and Robert were amazing hosts really welcoming, friendly and helpful a lovely couple. Great cottage to take a dog to, nice and safe with plenty of room to run around. The pub across the road is good and it's very dog friendly. Would highly recommend this cottage for a break away.

Lovely property, spacious, beautifully presented, all you could wish for and more. Charming hosts made both of us and our dog feel very welcome. Lots to see and do in the area (steam train was favourite), loads of dog friendly pubs, not least the excellent Apple Tree across the road (fish and chips, very memorable), plus a Chinese takeaway worth a Read morevisit. Nice location, accommodation adequate. Owners friendly and welcoming. The garden could do with a small fence either end to stop the dog going into the owners private area. The owners did say we could allow the dog to be loose but we felt it would intrude upon them when we needed to pick up any poops the dog may have done so we always kept our dog oRead moren lead. We found the sofa and the bed uncomfortable but on the whole a good location to enable travel to other towns and villages. Hide

Cottage is in a fabulous location for exploring the Cotswolds. Great local pubs mentioned in the brochure, very friendly owners that leave you to it. Also the Apple Tree pub is literally over the road with good beer and food. Very dog friendly.

We had a lovely break away at Overbrook cottage . A lovely cottage in the owners private garden , so quiet & peaceful . Slept very well as the bed is so comfy . Very well equipped. Shops are close & the very friendly pub just across the road & dog friendly . We visited places around in the cotswolds . Very enjoyable stay .

An excellent location for great walks and visiting the many picturesque Cotswold villages, as well as being close to Cheltenham. A very comfy annexe cottage in a pretty village, well presented and very well equipped.

We had a lovely welcome from owners Richard & Jill, which included milk tea coffee and also a slap of cake. The cottage is set in the beautiful surroundings of their own home. The cottage is cosy and welcoming, a fully fitted kitchen from an array of dishes cutlery and pots, to a dishwasher and washing machine, all you would ever need and more. Overbrook is ideally situated as a base for sightseeing the Cotswolds. A beautiful clean & comfortable property with everything you could possibly need, including a lovely garden to sit in. The pub across the lane was great for food & ideal to visit after a day out. Plus dogs are very welcome. We will definitely return!

Excellent cottage in such a nice area and wonderful walks over Cleave Hill with the most amazing views. The Pub opposite had good food, also the village shop was just down the road. The owners were so helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely week.

This is a lovely property in a good location. The owners are very welcoming. Pub conveniently at the bottom of the drive, but not intrusive at all. This was pur second visit & we will no doubt visit again. Can recommend.

This was our second stay at Overbrook Cottage and we were warmly welcomed back by Robert and Jill . It's a lovely cottage and great for a quiet break in the Cotswolds. The Apple Tree pub is just across the road which does great food. The area is very quiet. Cleeve Hill is a short drive away and also Winchcombe and Sudeley Castle, which is well wortRead moreh a visit. If you want a nice day out try the steam train from Cheltenham Racecourse to Broadway. Lovely lodge at the base of Cleeve Hill. The pub opposite has great food and is very dog-friendly. We stay here to explore the local walks and to visit the nearby steam railway!

We had a lovely 10 day stay in a well equipped property. Ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds and a nice pub straight across the road. Tesco and Lidl just down the road, so not far to go for your groceries/food needs. Owners were lovely and there at hand if needed.
