The light and spacious accommodation enjoying a private garden is the perfect base for couples wanting to get away and enjoy the Cotswolds.

The village of Woodmancote enjoys an enviable location with the Regency Spa town of Cheltenham on its doorstep and a wealth of walking from your front door, with well waymarked paths that will take you across this countryside. With easy access for touring the larger Cotswold market towns to include Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford and Stow-on-the-Wold. Cheltenham famed for the Gold Cup and many festivals throughout the year. Cirencester, Tetbury and Bath are also within easy reach. This area is rich in history and well served by the National Trust with houses and gardens to include The Roman Villa, Hidcote Gardens and Chastleton House.

Step into the light and spacious living space with floor to ceiling windows further enhancing the modern style furniture with a twist of vintage, the lounge area offers TV/DVD and comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch a film, with the contemporary dining area just perfect for a lazy breakfast. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading into the hallway you will find two bedrooms, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) and a single. You will also find a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading out of the property you will find an enclosed private garden with seating area. If you are bringing your bikes with you there is a large shed which is ideal for storing bikes. There is off-road parking for one car and this detached bungalow also benefits from electric gates which lead onto the sweep drive.

Lovely lodge at the base of Cleeve Hill. The pub opposite has great food and is very dog-friendly. We stay here to explore the local walks and to visit the nearby steam railway!

We had a lovely 10 day stay in a well equipped property. Ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds and a nice pub straight across the road. Tesco and Lidl just down the road, so not far to go for your groceries/food needs. Owners were lovely and there at hand if needed.

Lovely annex in beautiful surroundings, with everything you need for a week or more away. The kitchen is well-equipped, and although small, the cottage feels spacious and well-designed. We really enjoyed our few days away, and will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Overbrook Cottage & found the owners, Robert & Jill, very welcoming. The accommodation is spacious, comfy & homely. The garden is of a good size, our dog loved exploring in it. The property is well located to visit the Cotswolds - we ventured out to Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway & Chipping Campden. Lovely cottage, very clean & warm. In fact it is the cleanest holiday cottage we have stayed in. Great location for walking & close to many of the beautiful cotswolds villages. Opposite a dog friendly pub if you fancy a night off from cooking! My husband needed a rest from an incredibly busy few months & he felt quite refreshed after our week. The Read moreweather was perfect so we were able to sit out in the lovely little garden most days & enjoy the peace as well walking each day. Hide

Nice comfortable accommodation which was very clean, well equipped and nicely situated for visits to the Cotswolds, Herefordshire and Oxfordshire (a bit further afield). The owners property is next to the cottage and they are really nice friendly people. The pub over the road does nice food at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this cottage.

This is a lovely property. In a very good quiet location. We were very very comfortable and had a fabulous time, enjoying the area and the private garden. Owners were really welcoming and friendly yet discrete. Can highly recommend.

100% Yes. The location is excellent for exploring Cheltenham, Evesham, Tewksbury and Stratford Upon Avon for a day out. Cleeve Hill (being the backdrop to the Cottage), Cleeve Common and the surrounding area are brilliant for walks and cycling. Apart from the minor problem of the sofa cover moving around the cottage was lovely. Clean and well presented, well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. It is in a quaint village that is very well located for visiting areas around the Cotswolds. The hosts Robert and Gill could not have been more welcoming and friendly but also kept such a low Read moreprofile that you did not feel they were intrusive at all despite their home being right next to the cottage. Lovely bungalow behind high electric gates. Jill and Robert, the Owners, were on hand if you required anything. Private garden. Extremely peaceful and we didnt hear any noise from the convenient Apple Tree pub across the road. There is a supermarket within walking distance. You can walk to the beautiful Cleeve Hill from the accommodation.

This is a spacious, comfortable holiday let. Probably one of the best we've ever stayed in over 40 years of holidaying in the UK. Great location for days out around The Cotswolds. The owners, Richard and Jill, were pleasant and helpful hosts and very anxious that everything was ok for us. So pleased that we chose to stay here.

The owners were very helpful I. E there wasn't a grill pan to be able to grill our bacon. They ordered one straight away for us to use. We were the first in after lock down, so did their very best to ensure everything was clean plus kept to the social distancing rules
