Elmley Castle is small village, with a great sense of history. This charming cottage is in a delightful, very quiet location. The interior is smart and contemporary - ideal for a holiday for two. Limited views from the windows, but that was no disappointment to us. Lots of walks in the immediate area, and many more not far away. Lovely!

This is a snug place to stay and has been fitted out to a very good standard. We were warm, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet there. There are no views from inside but it is only a minute or two's walk to the amazing views surrounding.

Very well equipped cottage in lovely village with excellent pub and lots of places to walk and/or visit. We really liked Pershore as the local "drop-in" town just up the road. You have the Cotswolds on the doorstep but many nearby alternatives too (Abbeys, National Trust etc.).

This is a lovely cottage in a really peaceful location with an excellent pub down the road. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. My only niggle was that the sofa was one you sank into and getting out of it was a challenge. The kitchen equipment was good but, given there are only 2 bar stools so entertaining at home is not an option, why such a laRead morerge roasting tin? A sieve or colander would also be useful. That said, we definitely want to return when the historic churches are open again. Hide

Great cottage and location. Very well equipped cottage, everything you need. Really comfortable bedroom, bed and bedding, really great shower too, good size bathroom. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Only issue for us, was the low, deep sofa, which made it difficult to get up from!

A "tastefully" decorated cottage with a good range of kitchen units and has everything you need to be self contained. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. In a lovely village location to enjoy peace and quiet with access to walking and other attractions. The village pub which is the hub of the community is 5 mins walk away and serves great food.

The Cotswolds is home to some of the most unspoilt, historic and famous villages in England. Its honey-coloured stone buildings provide a quintessential English charm found no-where else in the world and offer a plethora of welcoming pubs, tiny tearooms and quaint streets to explore.

Once described by William Morris as ‘the most beautiful village in England’, the chocolate box village of Bibury is one of England’s most iconic hamlets, home to the peaceful River Coln and some of the most photographed houses in the country. The famous Arlington Row is a sight to behold - this row of 14th century weaver’s cottages have been the foundation of Bibury for hundreds of years and is instantly recognisable as a symbol of the Cotswold District.

If you’re seeking a relaxing day of sightseeing, shopping and traditional tearooms, head to the charming town of Cirencester, once the second largest town in Roman Britain. Proclaiming the title "The Capital of the Cotswolds", its market square is dominated by the cathedral-like Parish Church of St. John Baptist (one of the largest in England) and can be easily reached from our self-catering accommodation in Bibury, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

The rolling Cotswolds countryside is never too far away from your cosy holiday cottage, so you can enjoy a variety of outdoor leisure pursuits including those at The Cotswold Waterpark. This popular tourist destination in Gloucestershire is home to 150 glorious lakes where angling, archery, wakeboarding, windsurfing, birdwatching and even rally driving can be experienced. On a balmy summers day, the Cotswold Country Park and Beach is the place to go, boasting the largest inland beach in the UK.

When it comes to attractions in the Cotswolds, visitors will be spoilt for choice. Grab a stylish bargain at Bicester shopping village, talk a walk on the wild side at Longleat Safari Park, experience a day at the races in Cheltenham, admire colourful blooms at Westonbirt Arboretum, keep the kids entertained at the Cotswolds Farm Park, take a tour around Gloucester Cathedral, and enjoy an indulgent afternoon tea at Blenheim Palace. That’s just for starters, there’s plenty more things to see and do in the Cotswolds and you will love them all! Our holiday homes in the Cotswolds are the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration, why not have a browse?
