This is a lovely, cosy, warm and comfortable cottage in a nice location. Beautifully furnished and obviously very well looked after. A lady called Nicola contacted us on several occasions to make sure all was ok. This was very impressive. Overall one of the nicest cottages we have stayed in and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

My sister and I went over the Xmas period and the owners had gone to the trouble of putting up a Xmas tree, decorations and lights. They had also left a few extra consumables for us, which was a nice touch. There has been love and attention gone into this cottage to ensure your stay is as home from home as possible. I can highly recommend.

We stayed in Lambley Cottage in June and had the most delightful stay. It is a cosy cottage, full of character and we loved coming home to it each day - a classic Cotswolds cottage. It is in the perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds and has a lovely pub and supermarket just up the road. The welcoming basket was a lovely touch too!

Extremely well renovated, 200 year old cottage, cosy, comfortable, and well equipped, being well located in a friendly village. Enjoyed our weeks stay, wish it could have been longer.

The Cotswolds is home to some of the most unspoilt, historic and famous villages in England. Its honey-coloured stone buildings provide a quintessential English charm found no-where else in the world and offer a plethora of welcoming pubs, tiny tearooms and quaint streets to explore.

Once described by William Morris as ‘the most beautiful village in England’, the chocolate box village of Bibury is one of England’s most iconic hamlets, home to the peaceful River Coln and some of the most photographed houses in the country. The famous Arlington Row is a sight to behold - this row of 14th century weaver’s cottages have been the foundation of Bibury for hundreds of years and is instantly recognisable as a symbol of the Cotswold District.

If you’re seeking a relaxing day of sightseeing, shopping and traditional tearooms, head to the charming town of Cirencester, once the second largest town in Roman Britain. Proclaiming the title "The Capital of the Cotswolds", its market square is dominated by the cathedral-like Parish Church of St. John Baptist (one of the largest in England) and can be easily reached from our self-catering accommodation in Bibury, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

The rolling Cotswolds countryside is never too far away from your cosy holiday cottage, so you can enjoy a variety of outdoor leisure pursuits including those at The Cotswold Waterpark. This popular tourist destination in Gloucestershire is home to 150 glorious lakes where angling, archery, wakeboarding, windsurfing, birdwatching and even rally driving can be experienced. On a balmy summers day, the Cotswold Country Park and Beach is the place to go, boasting the largest inland beach in the UK.

When it comes to attractions in the Cotswolds, visitors will be spoilt for choice. Grab a stylish bargain at Bicester shopping village, talk a walk on the wild side at Longleat Safari Park, experience a day at the races in Cheltenham, admire colourful blooms at Westonbirt Arboretum, keep the kids entertained at the Cotswolds Farm Park, take a tour around Gloucester Cathedral, and enjoy an indulgent afternoon tea at Blenheim Palace. That’s just for starters, there’s plenty more things to see and do in the Cotswolds and you will love them all!
