It is ideally located to explore the wider area, with the city of Oxford 10 miles away, and the renowned Blenheim Palace is 8 miles from the property. For anyone seeking retail therapy, Bicester Village Retail outlet is on the outskirts of Bicester town which is 2.5 miles away and Bicester town itself offers an array of pubs, restaurants and 2 train stations give access to London and Birmingham within 1 hour.

Entering the house through the front door leads into a spacious entrance hall with a downstairs cloakroom and toilet. The open-plan lounge is split into two areas, one half comprises of a large Smart TV, a two-seater and three-seater sofa. The wood burner stove adds heat for chilly evenings. In the other half, for those with a competitive streak then why not indulge in some pool on the pool table.The conservatory is accessed from the living room and offers westerly countryside views of amazing sunsets and on chilly evenings you can enjoy the views from the comfortable sofas. The kitchen/dining room is accessed from the living room, garden and rear corridor from the main hallway. The kitchen is equipped to cater for most styles of dining. The cooking area hosts an electric oven and hob, an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and for a traditional country living feeling, the AGA oven is available between October and April. As the hub of the house, a Smart TV is available to add background atmosphere. The sofa is great for having company while you cook and the wood burner adds a little more country aesthetics to the general atmosphere of this special room. The main dining table accommodates six diners and a smaller table that seats four. The folding doors fold back completely to the garden and making the room ideal for outdoor entertaining. The utility area is accessed from the kitchen or main hallway and is stocked with a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Heading upstairs you will find on the first floor the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a Smart TV. The modern en-suite bathroom comprises a bath, WC and large shower cubicle. The second and third west facing bedrooms have an option to be presented as two single beds or one king-size bed on request. The fourth bedroom offers a double bed.
