Stylish waterside lodge on the beautiful Spring Lake in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park –combine adventure-filled days on the lake with relaxing walks in the surrounding countryside.

Spring Lake is located within the Cotswold Water Park and provides a perfect location for a wide variety of water-based activities. Those looking to get their adrenaline pumping will be spoilt for choice with activities such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, paddleboarding, fishing, inflatable rides, and water skiing all available. You will also have access to the on-site resort facilities which include a variety of places to eat and drink, spa facilities, and a gym. The lodge is less than a mile from the delightful village of South Cerney, and the market town of Cirencester is just 6 miles away with an array of dining options and independent shops.

This welcoming lodge has a wonderful open-plan ground floor which provides a great space to both relax and entertain. The front door opens directly into the contemporary kitchen, and there is a ground-floor shower room with WC. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The open-plan lounge/diner is thoughtfully finished with a table and bench-style seating for six to dine together, comfortable sofas for your whole group, and a large Smart TV to finish the day with a movie. The lounge also benefits from a lovely wood burner for the colder months, making the lodge a fantastic year-round option. There is further storage downstairs in a separate cupboard to hang coats, which also has a washing machine for guests to use. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath and WC. The master suite has a queen-size bed and fantastic views across the lake. There is also a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with full-size beds that can sleep adults as well as children.

From the lounge, patio doors lead directly onto the enclosed decking with glass balustrades. The stylish glass finish maximizes the view of the lake. There is a table with chairs, deck chairs for sunbathing, and a BBQ for al fresco dining. There is off-road allocated parking for two cars directly outside the property. From the lodge, you are just a short walk away from a children’s play area and the wide variety of water sports offered across the Cotswold Water Park.

  • 3 bedrooms – 1 queen-size, 1 double, and 1 bunk bedroom with full-size beds - (due to the size of the lodge it is recommended for 2-4 adults, but can accommodate 6 adults (as the bunk beds are adult size) if required, bearing in mind it is a 82m2 property and 6 adults would make it cosy).
  • 2 bathrooms – 1 bath with handheld shower and WC, and 1 ground-floor shower room with WC
  • Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine
  • Smart TV
  • Wood burner
  • Travel cot available
  • Enclosed lakeside decking with seating and BBQ
  • Children’s play area, and fishing on site
  • A range of water sports and activities available on site
  • Allocated off-road parking for 2 cars

The lodge was perfect for us! Plenty of space , clean and in a fantastic location. The local village South Cerney is a lovely walk away and serves great food. We were able to visit Cirencester, Bath, Oxford and Blenheim Palace. The watersports on the lake were a real hit with our 3 children and the bar was a real it for my husband and I! We had a lovely holiday here what a great place to sit on the deck and enjoy life. Very comfortable with lots of seating and we slept very well. Very tastefully decorated. We stayed late September so peaceful but plenty of places to visit especially Highgrove and Oxford. The Cotswold Wildlife Park is also highly recommended. The White Hart Inn at ARead moreshton Keynes did a more reasonably priced menu than some of the other pubs. Definitely recommend. Hide
