The property i's an ideal base for couples wanting to explore the Cotswolds, Malvern Hills and the West Midlands. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in Worcestershire and conveniently located next to the A44, this property offers easy access to the picturesque villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden and the market towns of Evesham and Pershore, along with Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Worcester which are only slightly further afield. You will find a wealth of National Trust properties, English Heritage sites and stately homes including Croome, Hidcote Gardens, Snowshill Manor nearby. For golfers, the Vale Golf Club welcomes visitors, which is located within just a few miles of the property.

When entering the property, you will be met with an open plan living area comprising of kitchen and diner and doors overlooking the courtyard and garden area. The lounge comprises of a TV and DVD player with a well- equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. You will also find a separate utility room with washing machine and small freezer. The first floor is accessed by a short and steep staircase, where you will find a double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower. You will also find a  separate WC on the first floor. Please note this property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to the steep staircase.

Outside you will find a private courtyard with garden furniture. There is off road parking available for 2 cars. 1 dog welcome.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We enjoyed a 3-night stay in our cosy cottage, which was a great location for exploring the Cotswolds. It was a lovely warm, clean and homely base for our post Christmas trip. This property was perfect for us.Anne and Ed are a lovely couple,very friendly and made us feel very welcome.The property was better than described in a beautiful setting,very comfortable with everything we needed in a very accessable location.The gardens are lovely,with lots of beautiful trees and plants,birds and a squirrel or two.Theres lots to Read moredo in the area within an hour's travelling.we would definately stay again. A small comfortable cottage well off the main road. It is well positioned to visit the Cotswolds and Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Worcester Cathedrals plus National Trust properties. Evesham has a lovely river front.

The Annex was clean, tidy and very well equipped we had everything we needed, there was also a few extra bits and bobs, such as kitchen foil, cling film, dishwasher tabs etc. this was great as it saved us having to do a big shop. Our dog had lots of fun running around the secure paddock this was fantastic it was great to let him off lead knowing heRead more was safe he also had a good few tickles from Anne and Ed and even took a cheeky sip of Eds coffee!!
