We had wonderful time in front of fire with wine and cheese. Prosecco and the cake were such beautiful treats. It was warm and comfortable. Storm Dennis happened while we were staying therefore we could not enjoy the garden but I assume it is another cosy part of the cottage. Stanton is so beautiful and the pub is so nice with friendly staff. HorseRead more riding is nearby and lots of walks to enjoy. Hide

Amazing place to stay and get away from city life! The cottage is so comfortable and cozy, a real home from home stay. We stayed for 3 nights, and next time I would like to stay the whole week..! Great places for walks within the vicinity, and also lots of pubs and restaurants to visit. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Berry Cottage. Myself, husband and our dog stayed for 3 nights. It is such a cozy cottage with everything we needed. Thought, attention and care has been taken and extras like fresh flowers and a homemade cake exceeded my expectations. Perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do, in a beautiful quiet village. Very relaxing cottage and location. The cottage is beautifully but simply decorated and has everything you need. Location is excellent to reach all parts of the Cotswolds.

Stunning period cottage that has been well refurbed with some beautiful modern touches. Ideal for a couple and a dog. Be a squeeze for 4 adults but the cottage and the area would make that issue go away. Truly lovely place to stay.

Beautiful quality comfortable cottage, thank you for the cake, Prosecco & flowers, much appreciated. The cottage is in a quiet rural village but really close to other villages/towns and amenities so wasnt a problem at all. Lovely area and would highly recommend a visit.

Lovely area and cottage was well equipped. Patron was small and overlooked and parkIng difficult but outweighed but the area which was very pretty with lots of nearby dog walks. Better suited to two people than four, or two and a small dog which we had!

The Cotswolds is home to some of the most unspoilt, historic and famous villages in England. Its honey-coloured stone buildings provide a quintessential English charm found no-where else in the world and offer a plethora of welcoming pubs, tiny tearooms and quaint streets to explore.

Once described by William Morris as ‘the most beautiful village in England’, the chocolate box village of Bibury is one of England’s most iconic hamlets, home to the peaceful River Coln and some of the most photographed houses in the country. The famous Arlington Row is a sight to behold - this row of 14th century weaver’s cottages have been the foundation of Bibury for hundreds of years and is instantly recognisable as a symbol of the Cotswold District.

If you’re seeking a relaxing day of sightseeing, shopping and traditional tearooms, head to the charming town of Cirencester, once the second largest town in Roman Britain. Proclaiming the title "The Capital of the Cotswolds", its market square is dominated by the cathedral-like Parish Church of St. John Baptist (one of the largest in England) and can be easily reached from our self-catering accommodation in Bibury, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

The rolling Cotswolds countryside is never too far away from your cosy holiday cottage, so you can enjoy a variety of outdoor leisure pursuits including those at The Cotswold Waterpark. This popular tourist destination in Gloucestershire is home to 150 glorious lakes where angling, archery, wakeboarding, windsurfing, birdwatching and even rally driving can be experienced. On a balmy summers day, the Cotswold Country Park and Beach is the place to go, boasting the largest inland beach in the UK.

When it comes to attractions in the Cotswolds, visitors will be spoilt for choice. Grab a stylish bargain at Bicester shopping village, talk a walk on the wild side at Longleat Safari Park, experience a day at the races in Cheltenham, admire colourful blooms at Westonbirt Arboretum, keep the kids entertained at the Cotswolds Farm Park, take a tour around Gloucester Cathedral, and enjoy an indulgent afternoon tea at Blenheim Palace. That’s just for starters, there’s plenty more things to see and do in the Cotswolds and you will love them all!
